Getting Donated Technology – Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Requesting for donated software from Microsoft, SAP, Symantec, Adobe and SAP begins with registering your organization.

So, if your organization is based in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam or Indonesia, better sign up now so you'd get access to these software donations as soon as possible!

Worried about the process? Don't be! Signing up is as easy as 1, 2 and 3!

1. Register Your Organization

Start off by creating an account and providing details about your organization. Already a member? Make sure you've provided details about your organization in order for us to verify your organization's eligibility for the software donations.

Want to know if you're eligible? Visit this link to see if your organization's qualified for the program: Check Your Eligibility

2. Qualify Your Organization

Next up, time to send over your supporting documents that will help us confirm your nonprofit status. Don't worry, you'll immediately receive an email about this. But, for your reference, you can also visit this link to check which documents are needed: Required Documents per Country

You can send them over to either or your designated local agent for review. They'll notify you about your qualification as soon as possible.

3. Place Your Requests

  1. Look for the products you wish to order
  2. Indicate the number of licenses of that particular product that you'd like request for then add them to your shopping cart

You will know your order is in our system when you reach a page that gives your Order Confirmation Number. Also, a copy of the invoice will be sent to your organisation's registered email address.
